Position Summary
Provides support to the Organizational Development team with internal communications based on ongoing internal activities.

Creates basic visual designs required to support outgoing communications.

Job Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned:


* Create visual designs using Canva


* Manage and execute recurring internal communications


* Maintain effective communication with AutoZoners across multiple levels of the organization


* Support activities for newly hired AutoZoners, including email communications and meeting scheduling


* Collaborate on training and development projects

Skills and Requirements


* Level of formal education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree


* Area of study: Administrative fields or related disciplines


* Special certifications or technical skills: Fluent in English and Spanish


* Other/Preferred: Canva proficiency
