Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to provide high-quality therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

Responsibilities:


* Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and functional performance


* Develop individualized treatment plans and goals


* Provide interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, strengthening, safety, and adaptive equipment


* Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams


* Complete timely and accurate documentation


* Support short-term rehab and long-term care residents

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio OTR license required


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Passion for patient-centered care
