Asset Management Client Skills Training - Design & Facilitator Specialist - Executive Director
The Asset Management Client Skills Training Team (CST) is dedicated to designing, developing and delivering consistent skills and knowledge-based training programs for internal stakeholders and external clients.
The CST team works closely with the Asset Management Operating Committee to ensure these teams have the skills necessary to improve our client outcomes and experiences.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop connection to the entire Asset Management business.
Job summary:
As a Training Design & Facilitator Specialist - Executive Director on the Client Skills Training teamyou will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering a suite of training programs within our Asset Management Client Facing teams in North America, Latin America and Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
* Developing, designing and delivering training content:
+ Engage business stakeholders and practice partners to shape core content, assessments, exercises, and workshops
+ Ensure content created helps colleagues in confidently engaging with our clients and prospects
+ Coach content creators / Subject matter experts on presentation relevance, transference of knowledge and impact
+ Facilitate the delivery of content that not only reinforces foundational programs but also seamlessly transitions to more advanced material, empowering client and investment teams to drive positive outcomes.
+ Define and measure key metrics to help assess impact and success of new initiatives
* Act as a facilitator and coach to execute training programs, building relationships with stakeholders across our business and partners on our team
* Develop a digital learning platform to provide high-touch communication and enhance in-person offerings in an evolving learning environment
* Own stakeholder relationships with Latin America and Canada in addition to supporting North America business programming.
Manage multiple projects at the same time with different timelines
* Develop and deliver training for our Strategic Partnerships with External Clients
* Work with global Client Skills Team members and business stakeholders to build programs solutions at product, industry and professional skills level
* Share best practices of one program that can be implemented in others
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Strong knowledge of Asset Management industry
* Robust knowledge of JPM & JPM investor solutions
* Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and developing professionals within the asset management industry, using strong interpersonal and consultative skills to drive sales effectiveness and client engagement.
* Solution-oriented with strong interpersonal, consultative, communication, presentation and facilitation skills; ability to command an audience and interact confidently with senior executives.
