DHL International (UK) Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Senior Courier to join our high-performing Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, motivate, and support a team of couriers while ensuring we continue to deliver the world-class service our customers expect.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Courier, you will play a key supervisory role within our Belfast team.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead & Support Your Courier Loop


* Managing, coaching, and motivating a group of couriers to achieve productivity and service KPIs.


* Conducting performance dialogues, one-to-ones, and annual appraisals.


* Ensuring daily briefs, debriefs, and communications are consistently delivered.

Operational Excellence


* Covering courier routes when required due to planned/unplanned absences.


* Ensuring all deliveries, collections, and associated documentation meet DHL and network standards.


* Supporting route prioritisation, workload organisation, and local route knowledge needs.


* Monitoring performance trends and addressing underperformance where needed.

People, Safety & Customer Focus


* Always representing DHL professionally and enhancing customer satisfaction.


* Ensuring safety standards, regulatory compliance, and security protocols are met.


* Identifying sales opportunities, business at risk, and customer insights.


* Supporting the Operations Manager when required.

* IT‑proficient and comfortable using company systems

* An experienced courier with supervisory experience (preferred)

Essential Requirements


* Full UK driving licence


* Previous experience in a multi-drop courier role.
