Clinic Supervisor - Internal Medicine

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our 87th Internal Medicine department.

In this role, you will provide daily supervision and support to clinic staff while advancing strategic goals related to performance and patient/customer service outcomes.

Working under the direction of division leadership, you will help ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of care and efficiency.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM

Compensation:Hiring range starts at $34.4 2/hour and increases based on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:


* Healthcare Administration degree or related bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting required.


* Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.


* Knowledge of clinic operational areas.


* Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to confront and address issues with staff.


* PC utilization and software skills required.


* Must be familiar with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals

Pay Range:
$33.74 - $50.61
