We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage all front office responsibilities.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents, and guardians, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and efficient experience from start to finish.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused professional with a caring personality.

The ideal candidate will have call center experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a dental, medical, or professional office setting with direct customer service preferred

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-driven with a professional and friendly demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
Flexibility to travel between locations as needed
