Guest Service Associate (Seasonal)
Pay: $18-$20/hour

We're looking for Guest Service Associates who bring warmth, attention to detail, and a natural sense of care to everything they do.

This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.

What You'll Do:
As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience—creating welcoming first impressions and memorable moments throughout each stay.

Responsibilities include:


* Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out with ease and professionalism


* Assisting with guest requests, recommendations, and local insights


* Supporting breakfast or light food & beverage service (food handler certification required or willingness to obtain)


* Maintaining clean, organized, and inviting public spaces


* Collaborating with housekeeping and leadership teams to ensure seamless stays


* Stepping in where needed during busy periods—this is a hands-on, team-first role

What We're Looking For:


* A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills


* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience


* Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment


* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays


* Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
