Inside Sales Support Representative - Leasing/Financing Division

Responsibilities

Altec Capital Canada, a division of Altec, is hiring an Inside Sales Support Representative in Milton, ON for the leasing/financing division.

The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of service to customers and prospects increasing the market and account penetration of Altec and Altec Capital's products and services.

Responsibilities


* Assists with the initiation of all new business sourcing and lead generation.


* Initiates booking of new business by compiling quotes and term sheets.


* Coordinates sales support for field account managers and their accounts throughout the sales process.


* Monitors and enhances use of CRM (SalesForce) for account managers in the field.


* Assists with sales reporting for Altec Capital Canada associates as well as Altec Industries, Global Rental, Altec NUECO, and JJ Kane associates.


* Works in tandem with Altec Sales Managers and Area Managers in developing strategies to close business with their associates.


* Works with provincial registries for plating/registering trucks.


* Works with customer insurance companies to meet our requirements and maintain insurance.


* All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required


* Bachelor Degree required; Finance or Business Degree preferred, with a basic understanding of finance leasing business


* Two (2) years of experience in Sales related to Equipment Lease and Finance Industry preferred


* Prefer a basic understanding of various businesses and/or industries gained through work experience


* Available for occasional overnight travel


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


* Bilingual (English/French) fluency preferred

Salary: $56,200-$73,000 depending on skill and experience.
