HR & Recruitment Intern (Iztapalapa, CDMX)

What will you do?

Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern, you'll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one.

Your day-to-day activities will include:


* Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions


* Reviewing resumes and identifying operative talent


* Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates


* Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives


* Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers


* Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects


* This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation.

Javier Rojo Gómez 1121-A, Guadalupe del Moral, Iztapalapa, 09300 Ciudad de México.



*7 am - 1 pm.



*Monday to Friday, morning availabilities.

You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with:


* Recruiters


* HR Business Partners


* Hiring managers from different areas


* This is an individual contributor role within a supportive, collaborative team that encourages learning, questions, and new ideas.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in: Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

(Must: Graduating in June 2027 or later)


* Intermediate - advanced English.


* Motivation to learn about recruitment and people-related topics


* Availability for an internship commitment.

(30 hours per week)


* Basic Microsoft Office skills


* Strong interest in starting a career in HR or Talent Acquisition
