What you’ll do


* Dive into legal research, especially for anti-social behaviour cases, to build robust legal strategies and understand potential actions.


* Draft and prepare vital legal documents for disrepair cases, and handle legal aspects of property access issues, such as inspections and repairs.


* Serve as the crucial communication hub, liaising seamlessly between lawyers, courts, and other legal entities, and ensuring all paperwork is spot-on.


* Meticulously compile and organize evidence for various cases, including contracts, ASB reports, repair records, and witness statements.


* Engage in client communications, gathering case details and explaining legal processes, ensuring clarity and understanding.


* Manage a diverse caseload, including possession claims, injunction applications, and advising on landlord & tenant matters, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

You have


* Solid experience or a burning desire to grow in Property Litigation, whether you're an old hand or new to the game.


* A knack for handling various legal cases, from rent arrears and anti-social behaviour to disrepair claims and unauthorised occupiers.


* The ability to stay on top of a variety of cases, including injunction proceedings and tenancy breaches.


* A deep understanding of relevant laws and Civil Procedure Rules – think Housing Acts and CPR parts 7, 8, 20, and 56.


* Stellar organisational skills, because managing evidence and legal documents is no small feat.


* Excellent communication skills, not just for client interactions but also for liaising with courts and legal professionals.
