Batch Plant Operator - What Will You Do?


* Responsible production and delivery of quality concrete which meets all required specifications.


* Responsible for daily plant maintenance and ongoing predictive and preventative maintenance.


* Maintain regular communication with dispatch office to provide excellent service to customers.


* Assist with customer issues by working in conjunction with Sales and Dispatch.


* Responsible for ordering materials daily and maintaining proper inventory levels at the plant.


* Responsible for collecting and sending driver paperwork daily.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?


* Experience in RMC production or quality control preferred.


* High aptitude for electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.


* Ability to work long hours and varying schedule.


* Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

* High School Graduate/GED.


* Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
