Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing:


* Lead, manage, and mentor an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants


* Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring top-quality therapy services


* Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support positive patient outcomes


* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation standards


* Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals to keep the department thriving

Ideal Candidates Will Have:


* Active PT or OT license (required for clinical oversight duties; preferred overall)


* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting


* Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills


* Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, productivity targets, and clinical documentation standards
