• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 6S.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

• This position entails access to export controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicants ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials to support sourcing and quoting of manufactured details or purchased parts for projects and spare parts requests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Exposure to CNC programming and automation systems is a plus.
• Experience training others and writing work instructions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Reliable and goal oriented, with a positive attitude and self starter mindset.
• Thrives in a team environment, personable and approachable, and brings energy that inspires collaboration.
