Hotel Sales Coordinator / Guest Services

Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour

As a Hotel Sales Coordinator / Guest Services Associate, you will play a dual role in our success.

You will act as the backbone of our event operations while serving as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visitor feels valued from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do


* Sales & Event Coordination: Support the sales team in the planning and execution of onsite events.

This includes managing client inquiries, preparing event materials, and handling administrative tasks to ensure successful delivery.


* Guest Advocacy: Provide high-touch guest service at the front desk, managing check-ins/outs, and offering local recommendations that help guests make the most of their Stowe experience.


* Communication Hub: Serve as the liaison between clients, guests, and internal departments to ensure event requirements and guest needs are met with precision.


* Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized work environment, assist with billing/contracts for events, and ensure the lobby and event spaces reflect our high brand standards.

Who You Are


* You are a multitasker who can pivot from administrative event prep to a busy guest check-in without losing your cool.


* You have strong communication skills, whether writing a professional email to a corporate client or chatting with a guest about local trails.


* You are detail-oriented, ensuring that event BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and guest preferences are captured accurately.


* You are flexible and available to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
