Compensation


* Starting at $50 per hour

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team


* Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and medical records


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes


* Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications


* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred


* Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and organization


* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
