🩺 What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will:


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians


* Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence


* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift

Your expertise will be essential in helping residents recover, heal, and thrive.

🎯 What We're Looking For


* Current, active LPN license in good standing


* Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome!)


* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
