Your Role: Manufacturing Reliability & HVAC Engineer

As a Manufacturing Reliability & HVAC Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and ownership of the site maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and support current and future production objectives.

You will serve as a key technical partner across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and the HVAC team, driving reliability improvements, mechanical integrity, and maintenance excellence.

Your Responsibilities:



* Own and drive the technical aspects of the maintenance and reliability program, including equipment criticality, maintenance strategy development, and lifecycle planning


* Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and HVAC teams to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant equipment performance


* Lead and perform reliability analyses including Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)


* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failures and improve asset performance


* Maintain and ensure integrity of CMMS data, including job plans, maintenance procedures, and spare parts strategies


* Provide oversight of mechanical integrity programs including pipe testing, inspections, and thickness monitoring for tanks, vessels, and piping


* Support HVAC systems reliability and compliance in partnership with site HVAC teams


* Drive continuous improvement by monitoring equipment performance, investigating issues, and implementing corrective engineering solutions


* Collaborate with planning and maintenance teams to define job scope, maintenance strategies, and post-maintenance requirements


* Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to enhance reliability practices
