What You'll Do:


* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence


* Build meaningful connections with residents and cheer them on through milestones


* Accurately document treatments and progress


* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care

What We're Looking For:


* Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio


* A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills


* Someone who brings energy, compassion, and a little bit of fun to their work


* Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required
