What will you do:


* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in managing complex industrial projects, from process improvements to facility transformations


* Develop and implement strategic manufacturing programs while optimizing plant operating procedures to meet program requirements


* Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities across design, tooling, and parts suppliers to ensure alignment with cost, delivery, and quality targets


* Prepare comprehensive quotations for piece costs and tooling while providing technical launch support at customer assembly locations


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure program requirements are met within manufacturing facilities
