Sr. Manager - Industrialization (Plastics)

What will you do:


* Lead the specification, implementation, and qualification of plastic components and associated tooling, ensuring compliance with SPS principles


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and tooling systems while ensuring optimal product manufacturability


* Provide technical expertise within local industrialization and manufacturing engineering teams


* Select, validate, and standardize new technologies and processes in plastic components domain


* Guide product design engineering teams on technical specifications to optimize equipment utilization
