The Opportunity:

* Location: City View Post Acute — San Francisco, CA
* Compensation: Starting at $50.00 per hour (DOE)
* Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
* Hands-On Recovery: Carry out skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
* Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident independence and improve their overall quality of life.
* Documentation Excellence: Document patient "wins" and progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
* Education: Empower patients, families, and caregivers through education on adaptive techniques and specialized home programs.
