Schedule: Full-Time

Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming admission experience for our residents and families.

What You'll Do:


* Assist with the admissions process from referral to arrival


* Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to coordinate admissions


* Prepare and manage admission paperwork and documentation


* Verify insurance and gather necessary resident information


* Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for incoming residents
