What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence


* Develop and implement individualized care plans


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We're Looking For:


* Current California Occupational Therapist license


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* A team player with a positive, compassionate approach


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
