E-Commerce Key Account Specialist

What will you do: Key mission of E-Commerce Specialist is leveraging digitalization to create commercial impacts through E-Commerce activities & expand online market coverage with multi platforms.

In detail, accountability of the role includes:


* Develop and implement growth strategies to grow E-Commerce business in Vietnam for different models (e-distributor, e-retailer, market place, social commerce, ...)


* Initiate and implement E-Commerce activation campaigns to achieve sales revenue.


* Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.


* Implement and localize zone campaigns to local business contexts


* Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.


* Establish commercial policies for distributors to enhance E-Commerce sales for e-distributor, e-retailer.


* Support distributor, retailer to transform the general distribution network from traditional to digital.


* Align & collaborate with channel marketing, sales to create online promotion without creating channel & price conflicts.


* Build & foster key e-commerce accounts to drive online sales revenue.

Education: Bachelor's degree in e-commerce business administration, marketing

Working Experience:


* 3-4 years working experience in E-Commerce.

At least 2 years of working experience with marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee


* Familiar with different e-commerce model (D2C, E-Retailer, E-Distributor, Marketplace, social commerce)


* Know how to develop activation campaign and digital marketing campaign to drive and increase online sales revenue

Others (e.g.

language skills, technical skills):


* Strong ownership and leadership


* Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince.


* Ability to work with data in excel, other tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.


* Digital marketing knowledge


* Good analytical skill


* Good command of spoken and written English.


* Photoshop/ Canva design - Social Content creation
