* One year of manufacturing leadership experience.


* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Three years' manufacturing experience in a leadership role is preferred.


* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management field preferred.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing leadership in manufacturing excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of responsible areas' performance measurements (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow).

Supervises and coordinates activities of team leaders and workers engaged in production.

Establishes and coordinates departmental activities to meet objectives to coincide with plant goals and business metrics.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:


* The IGT Production Supervisor is required to follow all Howmet safety regulations, work rules and all departmental specific requirements.


* The IGT Production Supervisor will record data either manually or by computer as required.

Examine castings and products at various stages of processing procedures for conformance to both internal and external specifications.
