Key Responsibilities



* Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans.


* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.


* Educate residents, families, and staff on healthy eating habits and nutritional guidelines.

* Stay updated with the latest dietary guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.


* Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.


* Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
