Director, FP&A - VBC
USRC OVERVIEW
USRC is the 3rd largest dialysis company in the United States.
We are privately owned and funded by private equity funds like Bain Capital and Summit Partners.
We are a JV company and partner very closely with 25% of the nephrologists across the country.
Our Partnership model is delivering superior results: we were recognized in 2024 by Medicare as #1 in patient experience, #1 in STAR metrics and are leading the country for home dialysis
4 years ago, we created a new company called Kidneylink to partner in novel value-based care programs.
We have grown rapidly and now care for 15,000 patients across 20 geographies.
We partner with Medicare (CKCC program) and with private payors.
Our model is based on a deep level of integration with nephrologists (embedded staff; integrated systems; aligned clinical workflows).
This model has delivered superior results: 60% of our regions are in the Top 1/3rd for Quality in the Medicare CKCC program; our Optimal Starts are 54% (vs.
national average of 30%); We have shown ability to reduce the total cost of care by 10%.
We are delivering results and are heavily focused on growing our private payor business
