Your role: Analyst IT, Assoc Product Manager, Supply Optimization

In this Product Manager role, you will initially concentrate on driving innovation, efficiency and leveraging your expertise to enhance our processes and digital products.

As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to broaden your impact by transitioning into other product spaces as new priorities and challenges arise.

Your Responsibilities:  
 

As an Associate Product Manager at Elanco, you'll support foundational product activities, focusing on planning, discovery, and optimization to align products with strategic goals and improve customer engagement.



* Demonstrate foundational product management abilities, including lifecycle management and customer interaction.


* Execute iterative product development using agile methodologies for valuable outcomes.


* Maintain a strategic and well-refined product backlog.


* Take initiative to grow in technical knowledge and manage product complexities actively.


* Lead team efforts in articulating challenges and defining objectives and outcomes collaboratively.


* Consistently communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to all stakeholders clearly.


* Practice active listening for better mutual understanding across teams. 


* Utilize support resources effectively while adhering to product principles and standards.
