Your Role: 

Brand Manager, Advantage Family & Dewormers

As the Brand Manager for the Advantage Family and Dewormers portfolio, you will be a key figure in guiding the success of some of Elanco’s most vital over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription brands, including Advantage®, K9 Advantix®, Advantus®, and Drontal®.

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting pets from parasites and advancing their overall well-being.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the brand marketing strategy, owning key projects, and managing the day-to-day business activities that ensure our products continue to maintain a market-leading position and enrich the lives of pets and their families.

Your Responsibilities:


* Oversee the development and execution of annual brand plans to meet sales and profit goals.


* Develop and manage consumer marketing campaigns in partnership with advertising agencies.


* Manage the marketing budget and track key performance indicators, making ongoing recommendations for optimization.


* Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Consumer Brand Experience, RGM and Demand Planning, to achieve brand objectives.


* Manage life cycle projects for the brands, including commercial innovation and line extensions.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related business field.


* Top Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of brand plan development, budget management, and consumer marketing; Strong skills in analysis with the ability to make data-informed decisions to foster growth.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Master of Business Administration (MBA).


* Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail Marketing, or eCommerce.


* Proficiency with consumption data such as IRI, Nielsen, and panel data.


* Demonstrated ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment with a high degree of agility and purpose.


* A creative eye for design and advertising, coupled with strong organizational and implementation skills.
