Qualifications

Required



* 5+ years in progressive culinary leadership roles.


* Commitment to high-quality, consistent food execution.


* Proven experience in managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.


* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


* Proficiency in computer skills and inventory management.

Preferred



* Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in high-volume settings.


* Culinary degree or formal training.


* Expertise in menu engineering and P&L management.


* Experience in managing events and multi-outlet operations.

Physical Requirements



* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.


* Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals.


* Adherence to safety procedures and use of slip-resistant footwear.
