Job summary
As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you coordinate post-approval activities with partners to ensure loans are closed and funded in line with client expectations.

You track tasks from mandate through booking, confirm documentation readiness, and help identify operational requirements to support timely execution.
Job responsibilities


* Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans


* Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and operational risk mitigation


* Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements related to products, processes, and policies


* Coordinate the flow of post-approval tasks from mandate through booking to support on-time closing and funding

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Strong oral and written communication skills


* Excellent attention to detail


* Ability to multitask using strong organizational and time management skills


* Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial loan products and documentation

* College degree or equivalent work experience
