Business Administration Intern – Order Management & Shop
What will you do?
In this role, you will provide hands-on support to order management and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer and internal orders from registration through invoicing, including supply coordination and cost allocation
* Processing incoming orders through back-office systems, including receiving activities
* Ensuring all required information is accurately entered and kept up to date in systems
* Coordinating invoicing and supporting related administrative activities
* Supporting the Order Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
* Coordinating and following up with manufacturing plants, affiliates, purchasing teams, and external suppliers regarding delivery dates and shipments
* Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
* Shipping and receiving deliveries as required
* Performing general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and managing maintenance services
