We are looking for a highly motivated employee to join Schneider Electric Front Office Field Service Team.

Key responsibilities:


* ensuring sales growth in the assigned segment,


* participation in the management and creation of the sales policy of the assigned segment,


* management of assigned clients: regular visits to clients, preparation of offers, commercial support, consulting, implementation of trainings


* management and prompt updating of the database of assigned customers,


* cooperation in the preparation of contracts,


* participation in the preparation and implementation of sales campaigns (promotions, fair presentations, ...),


* cooperation with the marketing department in preparing market analyzes and tracking the competition,


* cooperation and communication with other sales departments,


* technical customer support,


* preparation of more demanding offers and conclusion of service contracts,


* preparation of contracts for buyers,


* regular reporting on the state of service services and other monthly activities to the superior,


* support to the Sales department in all phases of project sales,


* promotional and sales services in the field of service services.


* implementation of instructions and measures for safety and health at work

Qualifications that would make you successful on the role:


* Technical background, VI or VII level degree in electrical engineering


* Working experience (preferably in sales or services) could be an advantage


* Good communication and organizational skills


* Goal and target oriented


* Fluency in written and spoken English


* Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Nice to have:


* Sound commercial knowledge of the customer base and their business drivers


* Understanding of the function of other departments


* Understanding of HV and LV Electrical distribution systems


* Digital skills (full computer literacy, skills in Windows Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
