Senior Product Delivery Associate - User Acceptance Testing

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in User Acceptance Testing, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees.

Job responsibilities



* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources


* Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions aligned to business requirements


* Deliver reporting to support real-time, daily, sprint-based, and monthly performance visibility


* Maintain a comprehensive library of published reporting assets, including documentation and versioning


* Establish and uphold standards for documentation, refresh cadence, and change management


* Identify and implement sustained automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and improve quality


* Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


* Experience in product deployment processes


* 1+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Tableau in a reporting/BI/analytics context


* Proficiency with SQL to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data used in reporting


* Experience delivering solutions using Tableau Server/Cloud


* Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices for Python-base...
