Technology Support III - Automation QA

As a Technology Support III team member in Healthcare Link team, you will be instrumental in delivering and deploying mission-critical business features.

Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts and managers, and third-party vendors to design and carry out comprehensive testing initiatives.

Job responsibilities


* Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java


* Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis


* Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects


* Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities


* Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise


* Conduct product feature demonstrations for business stakeholders to showcase new functionality


* Collaborate with product teams to identify process gaps and uncover opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency


* Actively contribute to Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives focused on process optimization and transformation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services


* Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud


* Hand-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium,Cucumber,JMeter,TestNG,Blazemeter and JAVA


* Working experience of REST and SOAP web services, API Testing/Automation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting


* Working understanding of public cloud
