As a Control Manager Senior Associate within the organization, you will perform data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
You will build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
You will conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform decision-making.
Leveraging prompt engineering techniques, you will extract insights from AI-powered analytics tools and develop automated reporting solutions to enhance data accessibility.
You will partner with project teams to analyze, map, and document processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Supporting process improvement initiatives, you will focus on simplification, reducing manual touchpoints, and digital transformation.
Collaborating with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into analytical solutions and analyze data assets to contribute to executive decision-making.
You will create process metrics and KPIs to measure the success of improvement initiatives and work across cross-functional teams to support organizational change.
Additionally, you will mentor junior team members while continuously developing your own analytics and business skills, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
