Your Role & Responsibilities


* Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered by physicians.


* Documentation: Manage detailed record-keeping for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Care Planning: Review and update resident discharge plans to ensure successful recovery.


* Quality Oversight: Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and protocols are followed.

What We're Looking For


* Licensure: Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Critical Thinking: A compassionate team player capable of making independent decisions, especially during NOC shifts.
