Your Job

We're seeking a dedicated Calcine Operator to join our Calcine department.

This position plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient operations and supporting the overall performance of the Mill.

What You Will Do


* Consistently display team player skills by contributing to the Calcine Team's success


* Efficiently and safely operate heavy loader equipment to include loading hoppers, operating Allu and clearing knife pit


* Operate and monitor Calcine equipment understanding the process flow and quality expectations of the end product (stucco, landplaster and BMA)


* Successfully and accurately use the work order system, to communicate shift reports and problems that need repair


* Perform other duties as assigned by the Calcine Lead and/or Calcine Supervisor


* Proactively report issues and concerns to the Calcine Supervisor


* Cover a different shift in the Calcine Operator role when needed


* Understand the environmental requirements for the facility and complete necessary checks/documents (daily, weekly and monthly


* Maintain a proactive approach to our safety culture equipment and adhere to company safety policies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or military environment

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience and knowledge of the Calcine process


* Experience operating heavy equipment
