Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team.

This role is essential to maintaining a sanitary, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the community.

Responsibilities


* Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned spaces


* Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal


* Respond promptly to spills and cleanliness concerns to ensure safety


* Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines


* Support the overall upkeep of the facility as directed

Qualifications


* Positive attitude and strong work ethic


* Reliable attendance and attention to detail


* Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods


* Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided
