About the Role
As a Business Developer for the BENELUX region, you will play a central role in growing ETAP's market presence and customer base.
You'll promote cutting-edge digital solutions that support safer and more sustainable electrical infrastructures.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving strategic growth in a technical environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ETAP's footprint in the BENELUX region
* Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations online, on-site, and at events
* Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (product management, marketing, Schneider Electric & AVEVA teams)
* Support and coordinate customer workshops, seminars, and industry activities
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
Your Profile
* Experience in business development or technical sales within the electrical engineering or industrial software sector
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
* Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation Technology or related field
* Strong track record in solution selling and/or power system engineering
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
* Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and holder of a valid Class B driving licence
