Key Account Manager - EcoXperts (C-Bus & Connected Systems)

Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager - EcoXperts to drive the growth of our C-Bus Lighting Control, Home Automation and Connected Offers across NSW.

This role focuses on managing key partners, generating demand, influencing specifications, and expanding our EcoXpert network in the smart building, home automation and connected energy space.

Roles & Responsibilities


* Act as the C-Bus State Champion, promoting C-Bus and Connected Offers across NSW.


* Manage and grow relationships with accredited EcoXpert System Integrators.


* Develop and execute key account plans and commercial action plans.


* Drive prescription activities with consultants, architects, system integrators and end users to increase specification of C-Bus.


* Identify strategic projects and follow them through the value chain to maximise demand creation and conversion.


* Support industry events, technology showcases, offer launches, and customer/partner training sessions.


* Collaborate with state sales teams to position C-Bus and connected technologies in the market.


* Monitor competitors and market trends to provide actionable intelligence back to the business.


* Engage customers digitally through MS Teams, LinkedIn and relevant online communities to elevate market presence.


* Educate customers and partners to increase adoption of new energy, home automation and connected technologies.

What You'll Bring


* 3-5 years' experience in Key Account Management or Business Development in lighting control, building automation, smart home automation, or related electrical technology sectors.


* Electrical engineering qualifications, or a business/marketing degree supported by relevant industry experience.


* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships.


* Understanding of electrical standards, project environments, and construction industry dynamics.


* Competency with design software, Excel, and digital engagement tools; comfortable adopting new technologies.


* High attention to detail, strong planning capability, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
