Description of the Department/Project:

The Iberian Zone Solution Center is part of One Solutions Operations and is responsible for the delivery and management of projects across Medium and Low Voltage systems, Digital Buildings, Industry Automation, Power Management, and Software solutions.

We provide end-to-end solutions covering the full project lifecycle, from tendering and order entry through engineering, design, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Our execution portfolio spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, delivering customized and innovative solutions supported by the global scale and expertise of Schneider Electric.

Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to the complete project lifecycle, develop both technical knowledge and commercial awareness, and work hands-on with the core principles of Project Management.

This experience focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, while contributing to revenue performance and overall business objectives.
