Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team on the NOC (night) shift.

Position Details:


* Shift: NOC / Night Shift


* Pay: Starting at $45/hour (based on experience)


* Location: Napa, CA


* Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care

Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes


* Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and interdisciplinary team


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:


* Active California RN license in good standing


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred


* Ability to work independently during night shift
