About the role

 

As our People Development Apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.

 

You’ll learn to

 


* Be a team player, delivering and supporting our colleagues to engage in People Development activities 


* Be confident in communicating with a range of different people


* Face the challenges of balancing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines


* Use your brilliant personality to impress our colleagues, stakeholders and external partners


* Collaborate with the People Development Business Partners to deliver a seamless people development experience

 

What qualification will you gain?

 


* Customer Service Assistant level 2 apprenticeship with possible progression onto a level 3 


* Your academic learning will be delivered by one of our specialist apprenticeship providers, with support from an experienced tutor and your team. 


* You’ll be given dedicated time to attend learning sessions, complete your studies, and access learning materials alongside practical, on-the-job experience. 


* You’ll combine structured study with hands-on learning, building the skills and confidence to support your long-term career.
