As a Senior Analytics Solutions Associate in our Finance & Business Management Strategic Operational Data Intelligence team, you will support the delivery of impactful data solutions and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Job responsibilities


* Lead the delivery of current state documentation and data lineage capture.


* Interpret data requirements into actionable plans and identify inconsistencies.


* Apply best practice data governance and data quality controls under guidance.


* Manage project delivery across borders and within matrix reporting structures.


* Oversee data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction.


* Utilize industry-standard data warehousing tools for ingestion, streaming, storage, and visualization.


* Integrate data warehousing solutions within cloud platforms such as AWS Glue and AWS Lambda.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forge innovative analytics projects.


* Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


* Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


* Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent education and/or professional experience.


* Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or in designing and developing business applications.


* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or another programming language) in a professional setting.


* Some understanding of banking operations, ideally with expertise in payment processing.


* In-depth knowledge of database design and relational database concepts.


* Proven ability to deliver current state documentation and capture data lineage.
