Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for a 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Compensation:


* $33+ per hour


* 90-day assignment with opportunity for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee and maintain the facility's medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations


* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records


* Manage electronic and paper chart systems


* Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys


* Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices

Qualifications:


* Previous experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting


* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


* Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
