Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Napa Post Acute - Napa, CA
Pay: $65-$75/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Napa Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team.

At Napa Post Acute, you'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a collaborative setting where your skills and dedication truly make a difference every day.

What You'll Do


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living skills


* Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members


* Complete timely and accurate documentation


* Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment goals and care strategies


* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards

What We're Looking For


* Current California Occupational Therapy license required


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence
