Your Role: Demand Planning Analyst

As a Demand Planning Analyst for CEE, you will be a pivotal player in shaping Elanco's success, directly contributing to superior customer value and robust business results.

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the region and globally.

Your mission is to understand brand strategies, develop robust demand plans, and ensure effective supply to meet affiliate business requirements, ultimately optimizing inventory and enhancing forecast accuracy.

Your responsibilities:


* Drive the monthly forecasting cycle for applicable cluster/affiliate and collaborate with the IAC team to recommend improvements to affiliate.


* Lead the applicable cluster/affiliate S&OP meetings, driving consensus between key stakeholders on demand and supply, considering changes in the regulatory environment and stock management.


* Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal business leaders and external partners.


* Collaborate with Supply Planning teams to ensure supply plans meet commercial priorities and mitigate risks.


* Actively participate in product launch activities, as well as managing changes due to regulatory/legal/manufacturing reasons.


* Own and improve key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast BIAS, OTIF, and inventory levels. 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.


* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, inventory control or supply planning.


* Excellent communication skills, business acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.


* Customer-focused, flexible, and adaptable, persistent in discovering root causes, able to deal with ambiguity and multiple priorities.


* Fluent English language (written and spoken).

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

Experience in manufacturing and / or prduction planning.


* Knowledge and detailed understanding of SAP and/or IBP.
