In this role, you will:

成品及物料帳務與繳庫作業


* 依生產完成資訊，執行成品帳務入帳及繳庫作業


* 確保成品及物料數量、批次、庫位等帳務資料正確


* 協助處理成品及物料帳務差異與異常狀況（帳實不符、補帳等）


* 配合倉儲、製造單位確認成品及物料狀態與繳庫時點


* 2.

物料到貨與異常處理


* 追蹤物料交期與到貨狀況


* 協助處理物料延遲、短交或數量／資料異常


* 3.

系統與帳務管理


* 維護 ERP／SAP 系統之物料及庫存相關資料


* 確保系統帳務與實際庫存一致性


* 4.

盤點與查核作業


* 配合執行定期或不定期盤點


* 協助盤點差異分析與改善追蹤


* 5.

跨部門溝通協調


* 與生產、生管、倉儲、品質等單位協調物料相關事宜


* 6.其他


* 主管交辦之其他物料管理相關事項
