Air Freight Supervisor (Export)

Key Responsibilities:



* Lead, coach, and develop the air freight export team


* Ensure export operations comply with global SOPs, service standards, and regulatory requirements


* Drive operational KPIs, productivity targets, and quality outcomes


* Maximise gross profit through cost control, revenue capture, and accurate invoicing


* Act as the first escalation point for operational and customer exceptions


* Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


* Identify and implement process improvement initiatives


* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards

Key Accountabilities:



* To proactively oversee team to ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business.


* To ensure that your team is actively minimising cost on every job file and maximising gross profit on every job file.


* To provide training and guidance as needed and/or directed by your manager to ensure team success.


* To resolve issues with operational workflow and/or based on customer feedback, only escalating to your manager when unable to do so.
